I know you say that you are writing Luke and Avery’s book but do you have any idea about when you might put it out for publication.

Sorry, no! My publisher assures me they will have some idea soon, but I don’t know when it will be. I don’t expect, at this late date, that it will hit shelves until some time in 2016.
The best way to keep up with publishing news is to sign up for my newsletter in the sidebar. But again, its all dependent on the publisher.
